Muccia by Melanie Cutfield - Spring/Summer 2010

This fashion label has crossed my style radar and I am a little besotted.

With a career spanning over a decade in fashion coupled with international
experience and a Degree in Fashion Design, Melanie Cutfield established as a
company in 2004 and successfully launched her diffusion line “Muccia by
Melanie Cutfield” in spring summer 2008. The collection received an
overwhelming positive response and has achieved expediential growth across
Australia and New Zealand.

Cutfield spent her formative years travelling throughout Europe and America absorbing all things cultural, ultimately developing her unique blend of 'Eurochic' and New Zealand earthiness.

“Muccia”, named after the province in Italy, was conceived from the idea of
making a fashion brand that holds true to style, not trend. Cutfield says she creates her designs for women to "reinforce their confidence and harness their sensuality."

“Muccia by Melanie Cutfield” collections consist of quirky knits, funky suiting, jersey tops, tailored pants and exquisite dresses in rich colours, which have become synonymous with the “Muccia” brand.

Prices range from $99 with nothing over $500, and the range will be available online at www.muccia.com.au from Monday 17 August.
